Is it really free?
Yes. The on-site consultation and the automation plan are free, and there is no obligation to build anything with us. If you later want help with a project, we scope and quote it separately.
What happens after I send the form?
We read your request and reply by email to arrange a suitable time to visit. We may ask a few questions first so the visit is useful for your team.
Who should be there on the day?
Someone who can explain how the business runs, and ideally a few of the people who do the day-to-day work. They usually know where the friction is.
What do we need to prepare?
Nothing technical. It helps to have a rough list of the systems you use and any tasks that feel repetitive or slow. Please don’t share passwords or access details.
Where do you visit?
We are based in South Australia. Let us know your location in the form and we’ll confirm whether an on-site visit or an online conversation makes more sense.
